Palos Verdes New Wedding Location!

Palos Verdes Library District has opened up a new venue for weddings.  The Malaga Cove library is offering wedding day packages which include site usage for up to eight hours.

The library offers an intimate, relaxed and romantic venue close to the Palos Verdes coast.  The library, with its Mediterranean Revival style, was designed by architect Myron Hunt in 1929.  Adjoining is the beautiful garden designed by the Olmsted brothers, whose father designed Central Park in New York City.  French doors open to this charming garden and the library/garden are linked by a Palos Verdes stone walkway.

The library will offer full use of the Library Art Gallery, gardens and the main floor library for photos.  The tower room on the top floor will act as a bridal party staging area.  The Library Art Gallery will accommodate 100 standing or 70 seated guests.  The adjacent Olmsted Garden will accommodate the same numbers.  The package will include the use of one 20 foot antique wooden table, twelve 6 foot folding tables and 100 chairs.  Parking will be on site, and off site parking is free. This wonderful wedding package price is $5,000.

For more information, or to schedule a wedding go to https://www.pvld.org/wedding, or call (310) 377-9584 x 247.

The Malaga Cove Library is located at 2400 Via Campesina, Palos Verdes Estates.
